Inviting Autumn in. To reflect on what stays with you as we move inward for the cooler months and where to simplify and consolidate our energy and resources. To cultivate clarity, we’ll steep in an inward moving replenishment practice featuring gentle asana, restorative postures, pranayama and Vedic Chanting. All props are provided.

This class will be an intimate gathering, held at my friend Andrea Dewar’s Home studio in Cottesloe. Location details will be shared once booking has been confirmed.
